In 2026, we will be expanding our cider production capacity, allowing us to craft more of the ciders our guests love while continuing to explore new styles and creative expressions. Our Traditional Dry Cider highlights crisp apple character with a clean, refreshing finish—an approachable yet nuanced expression of classic cider-making. For something a bit more complex, our Cyser brings together fresh apples and honey, creating a beautifully balanced cider with subtle sweetness and depth.
Fruit-forward options have also played a key role in our cider menu.
